ABOUT
Dugan Defense Group, LLC (DDG) is a conglomerate of professional project and portfolio managers that specialize within the United States Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS).
HISTORY
DDG was formed by C.J. Dugan after 5 years of experience as a U.S. Army Acquisition Portfolio Manager, and 6 years working for several Commercial Corporations building their business.
EXPERIENCE
DDG is comprised of multiple personnel that have extensive U.S. Government Acquisition Portfolio Management experiences. Our backgrounds and expertise give us over 25+ years of Program Portfolio Management of requirements, capability management, acquisition protocol, FAR/DFARS Regulations, Compliancy, Contract Down-Select, Award Process, & Contract Performance. Combined, DDG has managed over $3B in government programs across 100+ Programs of Records (POR) in the roles of the G8 Force Modernization. During our G8 positions, we performed Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Program Budget Guidance (PBG) activities through Resource Management, Strategic Leadership, &
Program Development.
DDG offers a tailored approach to each business’ needs. We specialize in cradle to grave programs with a unique pathway based on the intent of the client leadership. We inherently understand the requirement process roadmap (bottom up, top down, or RDT&E) which allows us to ensure that the client integrates directly into the process. This allows us to tailor a program and process management to ensure that our client team meets all the government protocols and requirements to perform within the compliancy aspects of the contract.
